A: Usually we will ship out your order within two working days. Our working days are from Monday to Friday excluding public holiday.

A: Yes, absolutely. We can ship to all countries in the world (under circumstances the Hong Kong Post can provide posting service to the countries). You are welcome to contact us if you are unsure whether your country is included in the list of Hong Kong Post delivery service or not.
Q: How long will the items to arrive at my location?
A: Normally it takes one to two weeks for the items to arrive at your location. Sometimes it may take a longer time due to the inspection of the customs department of your country. If you still haven't received the items after one month, please let us know and we will submit a formal request to Hong Kong Post for tracing your items.
Q: If the items get lost during posting, will I get the compensation or replacement?
A: After telling us that you haven't received the items after one month, we will submit a formal request to Hong Kong Post for tracing your items. It usually takes about 1 to 2 months for Hong Kong post to work with the post office of your country for locating your items. If finally the Hong Kong Post cannot find the items and declares that items are missing during posting, you will get the replacement items (which are the same items in your order list) or the full compensation of the total amount you have paid from us (including the total selling price and the total shipping cost) upon your choice.
